Home > Our Mission

Saint Andrew's Church is a warm and inviting community centered in Christ.  Our mission is based upon forming Christians through worship, Christian education, and outreach to the wider community.  The celebration of the Holy Eucharist is at the heart of our rich liturgical life, which is based in the Book of Common Prayer.  We believe that formation is a lifelong process, and so offer a variety of educational programs for people of all ages. 

Our participation in the worship and education found at St. Andrew's nourishes us, which supports each of us in turn as we express our own ministry throughout our lives - in our families, in our work, and in outreach opportunities found both within and beyond the boundries of the parish.  We are fed, too, by the joy of fellowship which we find within our community. 

Our parish currently numbers more than 200 families from Longmeadow, Springfield, and many of the surrounding towns in Massachusetts and northern Connecticut.  We invite you to join us in the journey seeking life in Christ!
