Children and youth from Grade 4 and up may choose to be trained to serve as acolytes, participating and assisting in worship services on a scheduled, rotating basis.

This group has the responsibility for preparing the church and chapel for the three weekend, and two mid-week services.

A group of adults of all ages from the parish who meet one Friday night a month at the home of one of the members for a potluck dinner and book discussion. The books chosen by the group have both religious and secular themes. New members are always welcome throughout the year.

The adult choir rehearses on Thursday evenings and sings each week at the Sunday 10 a.m. service as well as at a variety of special services during the year. All are welcome to join and enjoy the music and fellowship.

This group, for children in Grade 1 and higher, practices every Monday from 4:30-5:30 p.m. during the school year. The Youth Choir sings during the Sunday 10 a.m. service approximately once a month.

Oversees opportunities for education, spiritual growth and fellowship for the parish’s youth from pre-school through the college years.

A group of dedicated adults who are responsible for carrying out the parish’s church school program. All church school teachers are trained by the Diocese.

Individuals or couples who provide hospitality and coordinate the coffee hours which follow weekend services.

Helps parishioners to be involved with each other and with the church; attracts new members to the parish, and cultivates St. Andrew’s’ presence in the wider community.

Meets quarterly to review all matters pertaining to the financial affairs of the parish..

A group of men and women in the Parish who meet one Thursday a month for lunch and fellowship. A guest speaker is often invited to present a program; topics range from health care to the adventures of international travel. All are welcome and guests are encouraged.

Interested parishioners may choose to serve as Lay Readers, Lay Eucharistic Ministers, Lectors or Pastoral Eucharistic Ministers. Training and licensing is carried out by the Diocese.

The purpose of this group is to bring the men of St. Andrew’s together. The group sponsors a breakfast on the 4th Sunday of each month before the 10:00 o’clock service. Most meetings feature a speaker of local interest.

Oversees opportunities for parish mission that are balanced between local, national and international outreach and ministry.

Assistants willing to help answer phones, coordinate mailings and help with other clerical tasks are always welcome in the parish office!

Monitors the maintenance of all church property on behalf of the vestry.

Provides opportunities for spiritual growth through events such as retreats, quiet days, times of prayer and reflection; presents educational opportunities to aid in the development of the spiritual life of the parish’s adults, nurturing the ongoing process of Christian formation.

A group of men and women who meet one Thursday morning a month for prayer and discussion. The discussion typically focuses on a book the group has chosen to read together. The books focus primarily on spirituality or religious topics. All are welcome.

These volunteers provide a warm welcome to visitors and assist with direction during weekend services.

A group of women from the parish who organize annual events such as the sending of care packages to college freshman from the Congregation, Father’s Day Breakfast and the Epiphany Tea. The women also provide assistance with other events held at the church. Women of all ages are invited to join the group or to attend individual events sponsored by the group.

Serves in advisory capacity to the Rector and Organist/Choir Director in the planning of liturgy and church music.
